The kiosk says it’s not accepting sign-ups

Your shop isn’t live yet. Open Settings and make sure your required details (from name, from email, mailing address) are saved. The shop goes live once they are.

A subscriber didn’t get their confirmation email

  • Ask them to check their spam/junk folder.
  • Confirm the address was typed correctly at the kiosk.
  • They stay Pending until they confirm — they can sign up again to get a fresh link.
  • Sending requires a paid plan. Check Billing — Free shops can capture but not send.
  • If your plan is past due, sending pauses until your payment is fixed.
  • You may have hit your monthly email allowance; it resets at the start of your billing period.
  • Make sure your from email and mailing address are real and consistent.
  • On Pro, set up a custom sending domain to send from your own domain — see Branding & sender.
  • Keep your list clean: double opt-in and automatic suppression already help a lot.
