Members & roles

Invite people to help run your shop, with the right level of access for each.

Roles

Role	Can do
Owner	Everything — including billing and inviting members.
Manager	Compose and send campaigns, edit settings. No billing or member management.
Viewer	Read-only — see subscribers and reports, but can’t change anything.

Invite a teammate

As the owner, open Members, enter their email, and choose Manager or Viewer. They get an invitation link to set up their login and join your shop.

Revoke access

You can remove a member or cancel a pending invitation at any time from the Members page.

Note

Only the owner can manage members and billing. If you need a second owner, contact support.
